FS7         Canonmark2

Internal specs  FS7  Canon C300 mii
Sensor Super 35mm Super 35mm
Resolution  4k  4k
Slow mo  180 @ 1080  120 @ 2k CROP
ISO sensitivity  2000  800
Dynamic range  14 stops  15 stops
Record format XAVC   10 bit XF AVC    10 bit

The cameras almost have similar specs but the C300 mark II costs twice as much!

Internationally it seems to have fallen behind the Sony FS7 though its has some advantages over the FS7

C300 mark II records 10 bit 4K in 4:2:2 at 410 Mbps per second.

The FS7 shoots 4K at 10 bit  in 4:2:2 at 240 Mbps.

So C300 is better for green screen work

The C300 Mark II has extra internal ND filters.

The C300 Mark II also has an additional stop of dynamic range.

FS7 is 14 stops.

FS7 records 60 fps at 4k & 180 fps at 1080 & so does C300 mark ii but the C300 does that with a cropped sensor !

You can get superb images from both cameras, so which is best for you is basically going to come down to the needs of your production and the budget.
